COVID-19 Interruption to Repairs Service

The safety, health and well-being of our tenants, customers, staff and contractors is of paramount importance to us. 

In the light of the recent announcements regarding the widespread transmission of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in line with Government guidance, we would respectfully inform you that all non-emergency repairs will not be actioned until further notice.  In the case of an emergency maintenance issue, we would request that before our team undertake any home visits that you can provide the following confirmation: -

  • You are not self-isolating in line with Government guidance
  • You have not been in contact with persons that have been diagnosed with COVID-19
  • You or anyone within your household have not been diagnosed with COVID-19

Our definition of an emergency will be as follows:

  • Heating Failure
  • Electrical Failure
  • Plumbing Leaks (not weeps)
  • Sewer drainage failure

We would request that photos and/or videos are sent where possible.  This may help us to resolve some issues remotely, ensure that contractors are properly prepared and help to reduce the potential number of visits.
