Repairs and Maintenance Service Update

We are aware there have been some comments expressed recently about our repairs arrangements. 

Our number one goal is to provide the best possible service to tenants. If you have a repair you need carried out to your home, or if there is an outstanding repair that we haven’t yet dealt with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

You’ll find an update on our repairs service with regard to coronavirus and all of the contact information you need below.

Our routine repairs service is operating as normal so if you have any repair or maintenance issues please contact us.

Please be aware that our Contractors have additional Health & Safety checks and questions which they will ask prior to visiting your home.  If you have any COVID concerns please alert us to this when requesting a repair.

Tenant's wellbeing is our priority and we are here to support you and to ensure that all your properties are well maintained. As well as the challenges of COVID we have also had various staff changes over the last few months but our dedicated staff team continues to work from home providing you with the best possible service.

If you wish to report a repair please call us on 01738 630738.  There may be peak times when we are experiencing a high volume of calls so please leave a message with your name and address and we will get back to you.
