Where possible we will offer you a morning (AM) 8.45 am to 12.30pm or afternoon (PM) 12.30pm to 4.30pm appointment on a weekday of your choice
The contractor will then visit you at the given time to complete the repair. If a repair is classed as an emergency/qualifying our contractors will attend within four hours, so you must stay in the home for them.
Occasionally you may need an emergency repair outside of office hours, in which case you can use the numbers below.

Please note: these numbers are for only genuine emergency situations and the contractors have been advised to only respond in these cases. If the repair can wait until the next day, do not call contractors out.
As a Landlord we have a duty of care to our tenants. We have a legal duty to repair and maintain gas pipework, flues and appliances in a safe condition, to carry out an annual gas safety check on each appliance and flue, and to keep a record of each safety check. This is to ensure that your system is operating correctly and safely.
Our contractor Gas Call currently carry out gas safety checks on a 10 month cycle. It is essential that you allow the Engineers access to do this work.
Our contractor will carry out an initial visit, if you are not at home, they will leave you a card saying that they called. They will then send you a letter within a few days with a new date for their engineer to attend.
The engineer will try 3 times to carry out the service. If you have not given them access by the 3rd visit, we will cap your meter if it is external and you will be recharged for this. We will take further action if you have an internal meter by gaining access into the property and you will be recharged for this 4th visit.
